Within 30 days from the date of receipt, you may exchange or return your purchase.

The exchange or return will only be accepted when the item is in perfect condition, with the label and in the original packaging.

To make your exchange or return please access the returns and exchanges portal at the following link. You must add your order number and the email with which you made the purchase.

EXCHANGES are FREE. The shipping costs of the RETURNS will be discounted from the refund.

Refund.
The refund will be made once we have received and reviewed your returned product. Depending on your bank, the transaction usually takes between 3 and 5 working days.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive a refund by the same payment method you used for the purchase, deducting the initial shipping costs. The refund period is 10 working days after we receive your return in our studio.

In SACH we work each piece by hand, valuing each unique detail, so it may contain imperfections and particularities that make this piece unrepeatable. We do not offer refunds for this type of particularities as they are part of the design and irregular finish of our pieces.
