We have been thinking about it for months, thinking a lot and analyzing the brand to the millimeter because there are things that are failing. And it is time to make an urgent decision.
We are very happy with everything we have achieved these years;
We have grown a lot:
- We are already more than 7000 Pippa Girls. and We are more than 17,300 followers of PIPPA GOLD.
- We sell in more than 60 stores distributed throughout the world.
- We have sold in all countries.
- We have eliminated shipping costs.
- We have improved the exchange and returns service and we also offer all exchanges for free.
- We have incorporated logistics personnel.
- We have maintained our gift packaging.
- We have invested in a simpler and more intuitive website.
- We have finally opened our first office.
- We have differentiated ourselves from all the imitations that have emerged and that, luckily, have nothing to do.
But above all, we have grown personally and we have enjoyed the entire process from day one. We have worked a lot, more than you can imagine to move forward.
And we want to ALWAYS CONTINUE DOING IT.

- We want to offer more jobs in customer service.
- We want to add a new warehouse in Mexico (so that all of you (and there are many of you) can enjoy express and more affordable shipping).
- We want to continue offering the quality and personalized attention that we have.
We want many things, and they are all to offer you the best possible service.
The truth in PIPPA GOLD.
Since we started this wonderful project, we have been very enthusiastic. We have always thought that everything is possible and we have gone for it, without taking into account a thousand other things that were necessary. And to be as honest as possible, we can't continue like this if we don't do something urgent.
We have started to examine the numbers and they are not what we expected .
And the thing is, they have raised the price of everything, from our packaging to the material of our bracelets. Shipping, everything has gone up a lot, up to 40%.
But we have one thing clear, the values of PIPPA GOLD are and will always be above everything. And we have to find a way to do it.
Unfortunately we have to raise our prices , something totally necessary, to continue offering everything that we have mentioned before.
How are prices going to rise?
- They will rise on average by approximately 15%-20%. (Either by eliminating one of our most discounted packs)
- This will increase about 5 euros more than the average order. I don't know if it will seem like a lot or a little, but this could be our salvation.
When will this happen?
We are fully aware that it is not the best news we can give you, that is why we have thought of applying the increase next August 27 .
Until that day we give you the opportunity to buy our products with a -20% discount. (Because later prices will rise).
You can wait and buy after the rise or If you want, you can take advantage and buy before the increase, we will be just as happy.
